Swindon Advertisor: House prices drop by six per cent in parts of Swindon HOUSE prices in Swindon have tumbled in the past 12 months, according to new research.
Property company Hometrack has surveyed prices up and down the country and found that in parts of Swindon prices have fallen by more than six per cent……………….
The research comes just days after Swindon-based Nationwide claims prices had risen 1.1 per cent compared to a year earlier……………….so what is the real figure???
